Wonderful, clean, fresh towels, comfortable, maintained, beautiful lobby, small indoor pool with good temperature, big bathrooms, microwave, refrigerator, work desk and very supportive staff. Free EV charging with 4 Tesla Home/Destination chargers. Does not show up on the Tesla App. Works with non Tesla vehicles only through a NACS to J1772 adapter (Level 2 adapter). NACS to CCS will not work (Supercharger adapter)
Nice property. Lives up to the Fairfield standard. Clean. Quiet. Good housekeeping staff and friendly front desk. It’s close to, but not centrally located to the restaurant and activities of the Lake or downtown.
We stay here every year for DMB (3 nights) and always have great service. Everyone is nice and helpful. We love the location of food/restaurants within walking distance or for late nights coming back. The rooms are very clean, great beds and good AC (a must for us).
We recently stayed three nights on a last minute trip, and were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how clean the place is. The hotel staff was so nice, our room was clean, spacious and the ada accommodation worked well for my significant other. For our stay, the location and fellow guests were both quiet, which made the stay even better! Should we find ourselves in the area again, this will be our go-to hotel.
In today's world, when opening the door to your home away from home, it is nice to always be greeted by fresh, clean air -- not years' worth of body odors and pet smells. This reason alone is why I love Fairfield. Second, actual water pressure in the shower. Two creature comforts that Fairfield delivers on.
I have stayed here several times and I will continue to any time I need a hotel in the area. The staff are top notch all around, you can tell they really care. The rooms are clean and quiet. As a wheelchair bound person, travel has extra complications. When I stay here I can be comfortable and compared to other hotels those complications are minimized. We've had issues come into play during our stays as well, but the problems were corrected quickly and to our satisfaction, so I'm not just blindly praising, either. In summary, clean and comfortable rooms, nice amenities with a big gym and pool. Breakfast is good as well!
Beautiful Fairfield ! The front desk receptionist always had a smile and were very friendly. Rooms are clean ! Breakfast was hot and had a lot of options. They had good milk & yogurts. Quiet location . Would definitely come back.
Biggest standout is the staff. Everyone I encountered was professional and kind. Shout out to Richie, Eudelia and Britni!!! Thank you for all making the stay comfortable (both the room and meeting space)!!!
